Living & Housing Solutions
We are focused on providing housing solutions that are affordable, quality-driven, and localized. Premium Touch of Care will provide individual housing units to low-income senior couples or single individual households and veterans. For those who do not qualify for our housing community units, or when space is unavailable, PTOC Foundation works to provide clients with alternative housing solutions and research to improve their quality of life. We are committed to helping seniors placed in affordable and safe housing that meets their needs. Our rental assistance program will work with local community organizations and agencies to provide long-term, quality housing for seniors and veterans who need it most.
Social Engagements
Games to gardening.
Woodworking and other arts and crafts.
Bingo and other games.
Music and dancing, including live entertainment
Group exercise such as Tai Chi, Zumba or walking clubs.
Community outings, such as field companion walks.
Our Staff
Premium Touch of Care Foundation has built a solid business structure that can support the growth of our business to provide a greater impact on the community. Our organization is managed by a dedicated board of directors who are responsible for the oversight and guidance of our operations. We also have an experienced staff, including managers and program coordinators that add their professional expertise to our initiatives. By working together, we can ensure that the programs we offer are effective and successful in meeting the needs of those we serve.
